Tecnifibre X-One Biphase squash string 1.18mm .

High Heat Capacity filaments, multifilaments ,polyurethane dip and 2 phase treatment combine for a special result. Unexpected dynamic quality and excellent durability for a string with a very thin gauge. Treatment of the string in two phases increases durability by 15%. This string has an almost natural gut like playability. Gauge 1.18mm.

Had my first squash match with these strings. Very very good. I obiviously cannot comment on how durable they are and how long they will maintain their string tension as this is the first time I have used them. I have mine strung at 30lbs. Because of their thinner gauge the power inspite of the high tension was excellent. The control and accuracy is fantastic. I brought the one with the natural look but they come in red as well. This string is highly recommended.
Will carry on playing with them and add comments on durability and tension maintained later. Thus the initial neutral rating on durability and tension maintained.
These are the best squash strings I have played with so far.

update 16 june 2009 : So far the string tension has held up ok and the strings have not torn. So have updated the score on durability and tension maintained. If the strings do tear or loss tension to a point where I need to have new strings fitted will give another update here. Have been using them on average for one hour three times a week.
